GUNS N' ROSES is asking the judge to allow the band more time to finalize the deal, after which the lawsuit will be dismiss their lawsuit.
Guns 'N' Rosé was described as "a 6 percent ABV ale brewed with hibiscus and prickly pear."
In their lawsuit, Axl Rose, Slash and Duff McKagan claimed Canarchy tried to trademark the name but after the band objected, the Fireman Capital-backed brewery consortium agreed to abandon the application.
GUNS N' ROSES claimed Canarchy originally agreed to stop all the goods completely, but not until March 2020.
